During this registration process, the fees can only be paid by cash. Those teams that choose to transfer the registration fee before the competition (completed by no later than 2019.04.07!) receive their invoices by email. Please provide on-site proof of transfer (e.g.: bank transcript), or make sure to send it via email before the event.
A detailed schedule of the weigh-in process for each category will be provided on the day before the competition. Please be advised to keep the deadlines.
Weigh-in is in t-shirt and shorts (no briefs, no boxers, not longer than knee-length)!
For each category gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded. For practical reasons, the award ceremonies will be done during the day, after a category is finished.
The competition is held accordingly to the JJIF official rulebook. For the different age categories, please see the appendixes of said rulebook.
A meeting will be held near the warm-up area before the competition from 8.00 a.m. for all participating referees.
Only those trainers/team leaders can attend their athletes inside the competition area who have their accreditation badge visible, and whose athlete has been called for his/her fight.
For trainers/team leaders behavior, JJIF rules have to be followed.
A meeting will be held from 8.30 a.m. for trainers/team leaders. Attendance (2 ppl max/team) is highly advised, as any new information (change of brackets, other information etc.) will be provided here.
Live stream will be available! Detailed links and information will be provided through the webpage and the FB group of the event.
The venue has a small buffet and nearby restaurants will be open as well during the event.
