For the European Championship U18 and U21 only members and seated in JJEU region can attend this event. 

Right to participate and categories :
Athletes must be presented and registered by their National Federation. Following 2011 JJIF TC and GA decision for UNDER 18 and UNDER 21: max 2 persons per nation per category are allowed. All competitors must have a legal National passport or ID card and sports passport of their nation. Competitors that will reach the proper age in the present year (from 1/1 to 12/31) have the right to participate in the designated category (valid for all systems.

entire age category allowed to go up only in a team composed of one athlete born 2004/2005 and one born 2002/2003 only in a team composed of one athlete born 2006/2007 and one born 2004/2005. The age is considered according to the year of birth, not the actual birth date of the competitor. If a competitor participates in the Duo system, he can be part of a mix couple and of a couple of his/her gender on the same tournament.
