• Registrations to "Karate1 Youth League - Venice 2020" can be cancelled at any time during the event if a person fails to comply with the COVID-19 protocol stated in the bulletin, in case of positive Covid-19 testing and in case of failing to present a negative Covid-19 certificate.

• All participants have to follow the Covid-19 protocol established by the LOC and the WKF for the "Karate1 Youth League - Venice 2020".

• Pictures in the profile used for registration have to fullfil the requirements specified by WKF: https://www.sportdata.org/wkf/ausschreibungen/401/Annex_A-Photograph_Guidelines.pdf

General Rules

• Athletes are only allowed to compete for the country shown in their international passport. Wrong registered athletes have to change their accreditation and need to pay the penalty fee

• All entry fees have to be paid online via the available Paypal link

• The payment has to be done within 30 minutes after the registration. If the payment process exceeds 30 minutes, the entry will be automatically deleted from the waiting list

• According to the Coach License Manual, the minimum level required to take part in Karate 1 events is the “Accredited Coach” level.

• Only members of national federations recognized by WKF are admitted to participate, as per Youth League Organizing Rules 2020

• Please note that the passports of all participants have to be shown at the registration session.
