Attention!

All WKF officials who wish to attend and officiate at the World Championships in Tenerife must participate in two (2) Premier League competitions in two (2) different Continents during this year. 

Exception to this rule is if the official is attending the WKF Referee Course in order to upgrade his/her license:
- Kata course – will allowed to officiate in kata competition during the World Championships
- Kumite course – will allowed to officiate in kumite competition during the World Championships
- Kata and kumite course – will allowed to officiate in both kata and kumite competitions during the World Championships

Renewal of the license. Referees and judges who want to renew their licenses are very welcome to do this. But if they wish to officiate at the World Championships they have to fulfill requirements mentioned above.

Officials who have obtain JB license in kata and/or kumite in Dubai this year CANNOT participate in the course in Tenerife, but they can officiate in the World Championships if they meet requaiments about participation in two (2) Premier League competitions in two (2) different Continents during this year. Attendance in the course and PL1 in Dubai counts as one competition.
