At the onsite registration, all participants shall submit the following documents found in Downloads:

1. Original Laboratory Accredited PCR Test Results in English
2. Completed WKF Health Questionnaire
3. Waiver of Liability Form
   • Delegation/Team Representative + Delegation List
   • Individual Form 
   • Parental Consent 

• All registrations of referees have to be done through the Sports-ID system.
