General Rules:

• Competitors ranked in the first 32 positions in any senior weight category of the event ranking are not allowed to compete in any category at the respective Series A event (applicable ranking 2022-03-01).

• Athletes are only allowed to compete for the country shown in their international passport. Wrong registered athletes have to change their accreditation and need to pay the penalty fee

• Payment is only possible via Paypal Service provided on the Sportdata online system. Cash payments and registrations on-site will not be accepted.

• All entries will be on a waiting list until the Paypal payment is completed. Unpaid entries will be removed from the waiting list after 60 minutes.

• Fees:

  • 60€ - 1st month (2022-03-10 12:00 to 2022-04-09 23:59, GMT +0)

  • 70€ - (2022-04-10 00:00 to 2022-05-10 23:59, GMT +0)

  • 90€ - last 15 days (2022-05-11 00:00 to 2022-05-26 12:00, GMT +0)

1st phase: 2022-03-10 12:00 to 2022-03-24 12:00 (GMT +0)

• Who can do the registration: National Federations only via WKF SportsID System (https://wkf.sportsid.org) for athletes ranked between positions 33 and 100
  (included) of WKF Ranking.

• A maximum of one (1) athlete per country per category can be registered.

2nd phase: 2022-03-25 12:00 to 2022-05-26 12:00 (GMT +0)

• Open registration for athletes not in the first 32 positions of the WKF ranking as long as the number of entries in a cagegory does not exceed the maximum of 96 entries.

On registration day all participants must submit the 2 following documents (I, II) printed:

I) Proof of COVID Status (1 of the following)

i. A Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Test -72 hr. prior Registration

ii. A Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

iii. A Valid COVID-19 Recover Official Certificate

II) Waiver of Liability Form/Terms of Responsibility (Only 1 of the following)

i. NF/Team Representative Waiver & Team List (Annex II)

ii. Individual +18 Form (Annex III)

iii. Individual - 18 Form (Parental Consent) (Annex IV)

*The NF/Team Representative takes full responsibility for the validity of all signatures and information provided.

*If the health authorities of the host country do not require the Antigen Testing to be carried out, the Antigen Test are not to be performed.
