On registration day all participants must submit one of the following documents (i, ii, iii) printed*:

Waiver of Liability Form:

i. NF/Team Representative Waiver & Team List (link)

ii. Individual +18 Form (link)

iii. Individual - 18 Form (Parental Consent) (link)

*The NF/Team Representative takes full responsibility for the validity of all signatures and information provided.

The registration can only be confirmed if the Medical Diagnosis Form (MDF), consent form and TUE are uploaded to the athletes WKF Sports-ID profile used for the registration.

However, because of the new sport class for Intellectually Impaired Athletes, the pre-evaluation of the VIRTUS (World Intellectual Impaired Sport https://www.virtus.sport/about-us/athlete-eligibility/applying-for-athlete-eligibility) is mandatory. Only athletes listed on VIRTUS master list will be eligible to compete in WKF Para Karate Championships. Together with the MDF, a Diagnosis Report has to be delivered by a registered Medical Psychologist.

Please note: Unless there has been a change in health, athletes of the category Wheelchair Athletes and Visually Impaired may reuse the MDF of the World Championships if they have participated in the World Championships.
