2. REGISTER FOR EVENT

Click on 'registration' on the event above

3. CONFIRM ENTRY FEE

Make sure to confirm the entry fee payment to complete the registration

VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS

1. MATCH CODE

At the start of your video, clearly show the match code on screen and state your name and E-Tournament your are competing in. You can find the match code here

2. PERFORM THE PUSH-UP/DIP/PULL-UP

Clearly show yourself in the camera during your workout while recording for the UK E-Tournament

3. WEIGHING

Clearly show yourself in the camera while weighing your bodyweight on a scale. Make sure the numbers are clearly visible and the recording maintains an uncut video all the way long.
