Beste coaches, oud deelnemers en andere sportvrienden,

Na een paar jaar afwezigheid zijn wij erg blij om te melden dat het Groene Hart toernooi Jiu Jitsu weer terug is.
De aankomende editie gaat plaats vinden op zaterdag 20 mei 2023. Net als de voorgaande edities, zal het toernooi plaats vinden in, MFC de Plataan aan de Snijdelwijklaan 2 in Boskoop.

Dit jaar bieden we de volgende wedstrijdenvormen aan:

- Jiu Jitsu Fighting system
- Jiu Jitsu Duo system
- Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza

Binnen het Fighting system en het Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza maken we weer aparte poules voor de beginnende deelnemers. Hou hierbij als richtlijn aan dat de deelnemer maximaal 3 wedstrijden (Judo of Jiu Jitsu) buiten de school heeft gedaan en dat hij maximaal 4e Kyu (oranje band) heeft. We hopen zo voor zowel de beginnende Jiu Jitsuka als de meer gevorderden een mooi toernooi te kunnen bieden. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om categorieën (volgens de regels en naar eigen inzicht) samen te voegen, bij twijfel zullen we contact op nemen met de coach. Indien een deelnemers op na donderdag 18 mei naar een andere categorie overgeschreven moet worden omdat deze te zwaar is dan wordt hiervoor €10,- in rekening gebracht.

Als aanvulling op de eerdere communicatie, het is vanaf 1 maart mogelijk om je in te schrijven voor het toernooi. De Inschrijving en betaling gebeurt dit jaar uitsluitend via sportdata. Hierbij is het volgende belangrijk, nadat je een deelnemer hebt geregistreerd via sportdata voor ons toernooi,  komt de deelnemer (of deelnemers) op de wachtlijst. Nadat de betaling is voldaan via sportdata (Stripe) zijn de deelnemers ingeschreven en bevestigd.

We hopen spoedig de eerste inschrijvingen binnen te krijgen, zorg er wel voor dat iedereen ingeschreven (betaald) is voor zondag 30 april, dan sluit de inschrijving.

Bij de downloads zijn de uitnodiging, de poster van het Groene Hart toernooi te vinden en een overzicht van alle verschillende leeftijd en gewichtsklassen samen met de drie wedstrijddisciplines. Let ook op de beginnersklassen, van elke klasse binnen het Fighting system en het Jiu Jitsu Ne waza is een klasse waar bij staat "Beginner".

Het inschrijfgeld voor het Fighting system en het Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza bedragen €16,- per deelnemer en het inschrijfgeld voor het DUO system bedraagd €32,- per koppel.

Toeschouwers zijn ook van harte welkom, voor hen vragen we €4,- voor de entree.

Het exacte tijdschema kunnen wij pas gaan maken als de inschrijving is gesloten, wat gebeurt op zondag 30 april. Dan kunnen wij pas inschatten hoeveel tijd we nodig hebben voor alle wedstrijden. Als richtlijn kunnen we aangeven dat we 's ochtends zo rond 09:30 willen starten met het Duo system en het Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza en dat we 's middags het Fighting system zullen draaien. Afhankelijk van het aantal dseelnemers is het mogelijk dat er in de ochtend al beginnerspoules van het Fighting system gedraaid zullen worden. Zodra we de definitieve planning hebben zullen we dit op deze pagina zetten en dit per mail communiceren naar alle ingeschreven scholen.

After a few years of absence, we are very happy to announce “the Groene Hart tournament Jiu Jitsu” 2023.

The upcoming edition will take place on Saturday the 20th of May. The tournament will take place in MFC de Plataan, Snijdelwijklaan 2 Boskoop (The Netherlands).

This year we offer the following competition types:

- Jiu Jitsu Fighting system
- Jiu Jitsu Duo system
- Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza

In Fighting system and Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza we make separate groups for starting participants. As a guideline for a beginner:

- Participants has participated in maximum 3 external competitions (judo or jiu jitsu) 
- Max 4th Kyu (orange belt)

With the this distinction in experience we are able to offer the beginners and the advanced competitors a nice tournament. The organization reserves the right to merge categories. You are able to. Participants can change their weight category for free until the 18^th of May. After the 18^th there will be an fee of €10,-.

The subscription fee for the Fighting system and Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza is €16 per participant and the subscription fee for the DUO system is €32 per couple.

This year the registration of the participant will be through sportdata. An important notice is that the participant will be placed on the waiting list, after the payment is made on sportdata (stripe) the participants are subscribed. The subscription has been started at the first of march and will be closed at the 30th of April. Be sure that you have registered and paid the participants before the closing date.

The full day schedule will be announced after finishing the registration. We will start at 9:30 and we will begin with all the Jiu Jitsu Duo Sytem and  the Jiu Jitsu Ne Waza. Depending on the number of participants it is also possible that where will be Beginners of the Fighting system in the morning.
