Registration Procedures
All participants have the option to register for the training camp only, or the
Championship only or both the Championship and the training camp.
The registration procedures are as follows:
i. All participants must be registered via the online registration mentioned as follow:

Onsite Registration:
Only two coach per club with all necessary documentation should come to the
registration center during working hours as below:
a. Friday, 9 Aug 2024 09:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 18:00
b. Saturday, 10 Aug 2024 09:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 15:00

Onsite Registration for Athletes, Coaches & Officials
Only two coach per club with all necessary documentation should come to the
registration center during working hours as below:

b. Saturday, 10 Aug 2024 09:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 15:00
Every participant should sign and submit the Liability forms during onsite
registration.

ii. Upon registration online, the intended participants will be listed in the waiting list
pending the National Federation verifications.

iii. Upon verification or no objection received from the respective National Federation,
the registered participants will be promoted to confirmation list, and payment must
be made by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to AKF account, within 7 days from the
confirmation date, as follows:17

iv. Upon TT, the registered club or individual shall email a copy of the TT documents
to AKF : akfpresidentoffice@gmail.com

v. If the registered participants or clubs wishes to pay on site, the Club or individual
shall secure a letter of guarantee of payment by their National Federation and email
to the AKF CEO within 7 days of confirmation of registration.

vi. If payment by telegraphic transfer (TT) is not received on time and no payment
guarantee is secured from the National Federation, the confirmed registration will
be cancelled. Participants who wish to continue their registration will need to restart
the process from the beginning.

vii. For coaches that don’t have AKF or WKF Coach license must register for Adhoc
Coach Accreditation Program. Please register to SPORTDATA

viii. Online registration will be closed on 31st July 2024. Any registration after this date
shall be by writing only to the AKF CEO Office, and a surcharge of USD50 per
person will be applied.
