General Registration Information

Categories with a code that begin with “R” are non-Elite (recreational) categories. Categories with a code that begin with “E” are Elite (WKF) categories. Competitors may not register in both a non-Elite category and an Elite category within the same discipline.

We strongly recommend coaches/team managers to register competitors on behalf of their team/club to ensure competitors are registered accurately and to reduce the likelihood of competitors from the same club meeting in earlier rounds.

A competitor profile must be created through the Sportdata account prior to registering the competitor for the event. 

All entries will be placed on the waiting list. Once payment is made through PayPal, the registration will automatically be approved. Unpaid entries will automatically be removed from the waiting list after 60 minutes.

Refunds

Refund requests will only be accepted until the final registration deadline for medical reasons with supporting documentation. After the registration deadline, no refunds will be permitted for any reason.

Changes to Registration

Changes to competitor registration may be made free of charge through Sportdata until the registration deadline. Any difference in registration fees will apply.

After the registration deadline, a change fee of $75 per change into a non-elite category and a change fee of $100 per change into an elite category will be assessed.

No changes to non-elite categories will be accepted after the accreditation period on Friday, April 5, 2024. No changes to elite categories will be accepted after the accreditation period on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

**IMPORTANT: The online Medical History, Waiver, and Release Agreement and Participant Code of Conduct agreement available at the link below must be completed by all competitors after registering for this event through Sportdata. Competitors wth incomplete documents will not be permitted to compete at this event.
