SPORT PSYCHOLOGY IN COMBAT SPORT

This seminar focuses on the mental aspects of pre-fight preparation. It will cover some key sport psychology topics such as stress management, mental resilience, and focusing well under pressure. Through discussion and practical insights, athletes will explore how their mindset, emotions, and mental approach can either help or block their performance.
