Sub: Invitation for the CBSE FAR EAST ZONAL TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP for Boys & Girls (7th to 11th September 2024)

Dear Madam/Sir,

We are pleased to inform you that H.M. Education Centre, Hindmotor, Hooghly, West Bengal will be hosting the CBSE Far East Zonal Taekwondo Championship for Boys & Girls from 7th to 11th September 2024. This event will cover all prescribed age and weight groups.

This championship will be a historic moment for CBSE games as it will be conducted using the Electronic Scoring System and Protector Scoring System by KPNP, the official partner for the Paris Olympics 2024. We will also use Sportdata, a World Taekwondo-approved system, for registration and match management, ensuring a fully digital competition experience.

We have partnered with the Taekwondo Association of West Bengal (TAWB), an affiliated member of India Taekwondo and World Taekwondo, to provide technical support.

Event Details:

• Team Reporting: 7th September 2024, from 8:00 AM
• Team Manager/Coach Meeting: 7th September 2024, 6:30 PM
• Opening Ceremony: 7th September 2024, 4:30 PM
• Closing Ceremony: 11th September 2024, 5:00 PM
