1.                 Participants.

1.1.           Taekwon-do ITF practitioners from 10Cup – 1Dan.

1.2.           DIVISIONS:

Division A - Adults (+18 years),

Division B - Juniors (15-17 years),

Division C - Cadets (11-14 years),

Division D - Children (7-10 years)

1.3.           From each club is allowed unlimited number of participants.

1.4.           Entry fee - 15EUR /per competitor.

1.                 Program of compititions.

1.1.           Competitions will be conducted according to the ITF rules.

1.2.           Traditional Patterns.

1.3.           Will be only one designated pattern in preliminary bouts and optional & designated patterns in Final.

1.4.           Sparrings.

Preliminary fights - 1 round of 2 minutes for Children and Cadets, 1 round of 3 minutes for Juniors and Adults.

Finals – 2 rounds of 1,5 minutes for Children and Cadets, 2 rounds of 2 minutes for Juniors and Adults.

2.      Trophies and awards.

2.1.           We award all individual winners for 1^st place by Cups, medals and diploma of International Tournament “Amber Cup Riga 2011”.

2.2.           We award all individual winners for 2^nd, 3^rd place by medals and diploma of International Tournament “Amber Cup Riga 2011”.

2.3.           For winners in Overall Clubs 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd place by Cups and diplomas of International Tournament “Amber Cup Riga 2011”.

3.                 Accommodation.

3.1.           For all delegations we offer very good price in 3-stars ***Hotel «TOMO» (link in ENG)

3.2.            double room (20.00EUR / per person), or single room (30.00EUR), extra bed in double (15.00EUR), Apartment  (70.00EUR / per person), SPA  Suite (90.00EUR / per person). all prices include breakfast.

3.3.           It’s possible to order an extra meal in evening (5.00 EUR/per person).

3.4.           This special price will be possible for Amber Cup Riga 2011  delegations only. Dead line for reservation befor November 25^th 2011.

3.5.           After dead line we can offer regular price ONLY.  See Hotel TOMO regular price .

3.6.           Organizing Committee will pay 2 days/1 night hotel accomodation for 1(one) qualified umpire / or coach from each team wich have 10 or more participants.

Note: All the participants in the Amber Cup 2011 Tournament, including competitors,coaches, officials, sponsors, visitors, umpires and VIPs, must stay at thehotels arranged by the Organizing Committee. Countries not booking accommodation through the Organizer MUST PAY an accreditation fee of 100 EUR per person to obtain the ID CARD.

4.                 Dead line for all Entry Forms is 25^th of November 2011.

The Stadium is situated at 5km away from hotel, so if you need transfere from the hotel to stadium, please contact us before November 25^th . Price for transfere 6EUR/per person.
