The registration can only be confirmed if the Medical Diagnosis Form (MDF) and consent form are submitted by email to the EKF Headquarters at ekf@ekf.com.es

Please note:
Unless there has been a change in health, athletes of the category Wheelchair Athletes and
Visually Impaired may reuse the MDF of the World Championships if they have participated in
the World Championships.
However, the MDF for Intellectual Impairments has changed. Together with the MDF,
a Diagnosis Report has to be delivered by a registered Medical Psychologist.
