Registration Process/Phases

  • The number of entries in each category cannot exceed 64

  • The registration process is the following:
    1. Online registration of the athletes (which will stay on a “waiting list”)
    2. Payment by bank transfer to the host LOC bank account within 24h
    3. Sending the scanned copy of the payment confirmation to Sportdata: karate1@sportdata.org and the LOC: turkishkarate@gmail.com, within this 24h. Only, once received the bank receipt of the payment, the on line registration will be validated.
  • Due to the ommission of PayPall agreement in Turkey. All payments must be process processed by bank transfer to the bank account detailed below and within the period for the online registration. No onsite payment will be accepted.
1st phase: 2018-04-08 12:00 to 2018.04.22 12:00 (GMT +0)

  • Who can do the registration: National Federations only via WKF SportsID System (https:wkf.sportsid.org)

  • Which Athletes can be registered: registration allowed only for the TOP 50 of the Ranking by Enddate, as long as the number of athletes per countries does not exceed two (2).

2nd phase: 2018-04-23 12:00 to 2018.05.07 12:00 (GMT +0)

  • Who can do the registration: any individual via the Sportdata system and National Federations via SportsID

  • Which Athletes can be registered: registration allowed only for the TOP 50 of the Ranking by Enddate, as long as the number of athletes per countries does not exceed two (2).

3rd phase: 2018-05-08 12:00 to 2018.05.24 12:00 (GMT +0)

  • Who can do the registration: any individual via the Sportdata system and National Federations via SportsID

  • Which Athletes can be registered: Which Athletes can be registered: registration allowed only for the TOP 100 of the Ranking by Enddate, as long as the total number of registered athletes per category does not exceed sixty four (64).

  • 3rd phase: entries will be accepted by first come first serve policy.
