Required Documents

All participants must complete the online waiver form and sign the participant code of conduct agreement in order to be eligible to participate in this event (link to be provided).

Invitation Letters

To request an invitation letter for the purpose of applying for a travel visa to enter Canada, register all participants through Sportdata, complete the spreadsheet at the following link in full (CLICK HERE), and send it along with a copy of each participant's passport to events@karatebc.org.

Toutes/Tous les participant·e·s doivent soumettre le formulaire de renonciation et signer l’accord de code de conduite pour les participant·e·s en ligne pour être admissibles à participer à cet événement (lien à fournir).

Lettre d'invitation

Pour demander une lettre d’invitation afin de soumettre une demande pour un visa de voyage pour entrer au Canada, inscrivez toutes/tous les participant·e·s par Sportdata et remplissez la feuille de calcul en entier au lien suivant (CLIQUEZ ICI). Envoyez la feuille de calcul et une copie du passeport de chaque participant·e par courriel à events@karatebc.org.
