This year we have some new categories at the Yokoso Dutch Open!!
We have Beginners and Intermediate categories for the Younger and Older Cadets in Point Fighting. In the beginners divisions we only accept athletes with almost no experience in any competitions. In the intermediate divisions we want the athletes that have some more experience in competitions. The athletes will be checked at the registration on their experience. Experience in any competition also other than WAKO and also in other disciplines then Point Fighting must be taken in consideration for the registration. The referees will also check the level of the athletes during the competition. The organization and the head referee are allowed to disqualify the athletes if they are in the wrong division! In case of a disqualification we will not refund the entry fee! It is allowed to enter several level divisions. We aspect and trust the coaches to register their athletes in the right categories! For Jun/Sen we already had the beginners/intermediate divisions, so also for these age divisions athletes can experience the Yokoso Dutch Open! These divisions must be a good experience for our future athletes and the future for our sport! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact use!
