Due to the current emergency health situation it is mandatory to respect and properly follow the WKF Covid-19 Protocol:

On registration day all participants must submit the 2 following documents (I, II) printed**:

I) Proof of COVID Status (1 of the following)

i. A Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Test -72 hr. prior Registration

ii. A Valid COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

iii. A Valid COVID-19 Recover Official Certificate

II) Waiver of Liability Form/Terms of Responsibility (Only 1 of the following)

i. NF/Team Representative Waiver & Team List (Annex II)

ii. Individual +18 Form (Annex III)

iii. Individual - 18 Form (Parental Consent) (Annex IV)

The NF/Team Representative takes full responsibility for the validity of all signatures and information provided.

* If the health authorities of the host country do not require the Antigen Testing to be carried out, the Antigen Test are not to be performed.

** If the health authorities of the host country do not require the presentation of vaccination, recovery or PCR certificate, then this step will be omitted.
