General Rules:

• Payment is only possible via Paypal Service provided on the Sportdata online system. Cash payments and registrations on-site will not be accepted.

• Payment for registrations must be made at the time of the registration. Please make sure you meet all the requirements before making your final registration.

• All entries will be on a waiting list until the Paypal payment is completed. Unpaid entries will be removed from the waiting list after 60 minutes.

• According to WKF regulations the minimum level required to take part in WKF Karate 1 Series A events is "Accredited Coach (Level 1)".

• A list of currently valid coach licenses can be checked here: https://www.wkf.net/structure-coaches

• The Accredited Coach License can alternatively be optained by completing the online course on the WKF e-Learning platform: https://www.elearning-wkf.net/

Due to the current emergency health situation, it is mandatory to respect and properly follow the WKF Covid-19 Protocol:

* The health authorities of the host country do not require the Antigen Testing to be carried out, the Antigen Test are not to be performed.

** The health authorities of the host country do not require the presentation of vaccination, recovery or PCR certificate, then this step will be omitted.

On registration day all participants must submit the 1 of following documents, printed**:

I) Waiver of Liability Form/Terms of Responsibility (Only 1 of the following)

     i. NF/Team Representative Waiver & Team List 

     ii. Individual +18 Form 

       iii. Individual - 18 Form (Parental Consent)

The NF/Team Representative takes full responsibility for the validity of all signatures and information provided.
