KATA WKF rules with adjustments in U10, U12, U14 categories. U10 - can be repeated. U12 - can be repeated every second time. U14 - can be repeated every third time. U16, U18, Seniors - WKF rules.

KUMITE WKF rules with adjustments in U10, U12, U14 categories. U10 - fight duration 1 min. until a 6 point difference. U12, U14 – fight duration 1:30 min. until a 6 point difference. U16, U18, Seniors – WKF rules.

CATEGORIES KATA FEMALE: U10 (8-9 years); U12 (10-11 years); U14 (12-13 year); U16 (14-15 years); 16+ .

KATA MALE: U10 (8-9 years); U12 (10-11 years); U14 (12-13 year); U16 (14-15 years); U18 (16-17), U18+
