• Novice Kata age 6 to 12 (9^th – 6^th kyu) Heian & Pinan Kata only.
• NKU01 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Girls aged 10 / 11 -33 kg
• NKU02 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Girls aged 10 / 11 +33kg
• NKU03 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Girls aged 12 / 13 -45kg
• NKU04 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Girls aged 12 / 13 +45kg
• NKU05 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Boys aged 10 / 11 -34kg
• NKU06 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Boys aged 10 / 11 +34kg
• NKU07 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Boys aged 12 / 13 -47kg
• NKU08 Novice Kumite (9^th – 6^th kyu) Boys aged 12 / 13 +47kg

Equipment

For age 14 and over (Cadets, Junior & Senior) the following is required:  

• gum shield
• mitts red & blue
• shin & foot pads red & blue
• body protection (plus chest protector for Female competitors) 

For age 13 and under the following is required:

• gum shield
• mitts red & blue
• shin & foot pads red & blue

* Body protection and chest protector is optional for age 13 and under.

Coaching Pass

Only those in possession of a current NGB Coach Tatami Pass will be issued with a Coaching Accreditation. For all O.N.A.K.A.I. members, the Coach Tatami Pass can be taken online:

This will be strictly enforced.
