OPES is pleased to invite you to “Taekwon-do I.T.F. International Challenge Barletta”, which will take place in Barletta (BT), at the Sporting Hall on 27th and 28th may 2017.

COMPETITION OPEN TO COLORED AND BLACK BELTS, IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES, SEPARATED BY GENDER:

CHICKS (5-7 years old);

KIDS (8-10 years old);

 CHILDREN (11-13 years old);

JUNIORS (14-18 years old);

ADULTS (over 18 years old);

The CHAMPIONSHIP includes pattern competitions, at an individual level, and sparring competitions.

 

Team Competitions:

Patterns (Children, Juniors and Adults);

     Sparring (Children, Juniors and Adults);

Self-defence (Children, Juniors and Adults);

Special Techniques (Flying Kicks - Juniors and Adults);

Power Test (Board Breaking – Adults only).

COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS: PATTERNS

Divisions/categories:

The divisions/categories must include three or more athletes.

If just two athletes take part to the competition, they will be included in a superior category.

Divisions/colored belts:

10 Gup – 5 Gup

4 Gup – 1 Gup

I Dan

II Dan

III Dan

 

Eliminatories:one (1) chosen by the athlete;

Finals: one (1) chosen by the athlete and one (1) chosen by the committee (just for black belts);

COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS: SPARRING

      ADULTS – JUNIORS - CHILDREN:

-                 From yellow to green superior belt (POINT-STOP): eliminatories and finals: one (1) round lasting two minutes;

-                  Blue and black belts (CONTINUOUS FIGTHING):

eliminatories: one (1) round lasting 3 minutes

Finals: two (2) rounds lasting two (2) minutes.

The International rules will be respected.

CHICKS – KIDS (POINT- STOP):

eliminatories and finals: one (1) round lasting 2 minutes.

 This competition is for Juniors and Adults (blue belts  and over):

Eliminations will be based on a special technique chosen by the candidate, in respect of regulated heights.

 

COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS: POWER TEST.

ADULTS ONLY CAN COMPETE.

COMPETITION IS FOR BLUE BELT HOLDERS AND OVER.

IT’S CHOSEN A TECHNIQUE.

THERE’S A BOARD FOR PUNCH TECHNIQUES – TWO BOARDS FOR KICK TECHNIQUES.

COMPETIZIONE APERTA ALLE CINTURE COLORATE E NERE NELLE CATEGORIE:

PULCINI da 5 a 7 anni;

BAMBINI da 8 a 10 anni;

CHIDREN da 11 a 13 anni;

JUNIORES da 14 a 18 ANNI;

SENIORES da 18 ANNI IN POI;

NELLE DIVISIONI MASCHILE E FEMMINILE.

Il CAMPIONATO prevede gare di FORME, a livello individuale, e di COMBATTIMENTO.

Gare a Squadre:

Forme (Children, Juniores e Seniores);

Combattimento (Children, Juniores e Seniores);

Self Defence (Children, Juniores e Seniores);

Tecniche Speciali (Calci in volo - Juniores e Seniores);

Prove di Potenza (Rottura delle Tavole - solo Seniores).

Divisioni/categorie:

le divisioni/categorie devono comprendere tre o più atleti.

In caso di partecipazione di due soli atleti verranno inseriti in una categoria

superiore.

Divisioni/cinture colorate:

10 Gup – 5 Gup

4 Gup – 1 Gup

Eliminatorie: una (1) a scelta dell’atleta;

Finali: una (1) a scelta dell’atleta e una (1) a scelta della giuria (solo per le cinture nere);

REGOLAMENTO DI GARA: COMBATTIMENTO

      SENIORES – JUNIORES - CHILDREN:

-                 da cintura gialla a VERDE superiore (POINT STOP): eliminatorie e finali: un (1) round da 2 minuti;

-                 cinture blu & nere (CONTINUATO): eliminatorie: un (1) round da 3 minuti - Finali: due (2) round da due (2) minuti. Saranno rispettate le regole internazionali.

-                  PULCINI – BAMBINI (POINT STOP): eliminatorie e finali: un (1) round da 2 minuti.

È aperta ai juniores e Senior DALLA CINTURE BLU IN POI:
