1: VOORBEREIDING (als je nog GEEN ITF clubaccount hebt bij Sportdata)

Registreer je ITF Taekwon-Do Club ( https://www.sportdata.org/  > Taekwon-Do> ITF events> login> account aanmaken).

* Resultaat: Je kunt nu als club inloggen met je inloggegevens

Je clubgegevens invoeren. Video instructie:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu3fpHUYzkU . 

* Resultaat: Je schoolprofiel is compleet

Je deelnemers toevoegen aan je profiel. Video instructie:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGfLakwagkQ . 

* Resultaat: De gegevens van je leden die aan gelijk staan, staan ​​nu in het systeem en kunnen ingeschreven worden voor alle ITF Taekwon-Do evenementen die via Sportdata worden aangeboden.

2: REGISTREREN VOOR EVENEMENT (als je al WEL een ITF clubaccount hebt bij Sportdata)

* Resultaat: Je deelnemers / coaches / scheidsrechters / officials staan ​​nu ingeschreven.

Voor iedere DEELNEMER moet het ITF NL lidnummer geregistreerd worden via “National Athlete ID”. Hetzelfde geldt voor SCHEIDSRECHTERS via “International ID, tevens dient“ io ”te worden toegevoegd achter de huidige licentie van de scheidsrechters indien dit een scheidsrechter in opleiding betreft. Tevens dienen COACHES het ITF NL lidnummer te registreren via “International ID”.

3: BETALING

Betalen. Via Registratie> Mijn huidige invoer / Betaling verschijnt het overzicht van al je inschrijvingen (pop-up). 

Klik op het icoontje Bankoverschrijving om te betalen, of om de bankgegevens te bekijken.

Betaling kan via bankoverschrijving Bank Transfer

Let op: vergeet niet voor de betalingsdeadline  06-10-2021  te betalen!

Manual Sportdata: Condensed Version

1: PREPARATION (if you DON'T have an ITF Sportdata account yet)

Register your ITF Taekwon-Do Club (https://www.sportdata.org/ > Taekwon-Do > ITF events > login > create account). Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuUrwSXIt68 (Karate example, but works the same). 

* Result: You’re now able to log in as a club with your account details.

Enter club details. Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lu3fpHUYzkU. 

* Result: Your club profile is complete.

Add participants to your club account. Video instruction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vGfLakwagkQ. 

* Result: Details of participants (competitors/coaches/referees/officials) are now ready to be registered for ITF Taekwon-Do events.

2: REGISTREREN VOOR EVENEMENT (if you DO have an ITF Sportdata account already)

* Result: Your participants are now registered for the event.

3: PAYMENT

Payment. Log in first and go to the event > Via Registration > My Current Entries/Payment an overview of your event registration appears (pop-up).

Click the Bank Transfer icon / Payment via bank transfer

 Attention: please pay before the set payment deadline wednesday 06-10-2021!
